Aligned & Awakened: Self-Mastery for Vibrant Living
By reserving your spot for Aligned & Awakened: Self-Mastery for Vibrant Living, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to all retreat policies, including payment schedules, any applicable payment plan service fees, deposit terms, cancellation timelines, and refund conditions connected to your selected payment option.
You understand that retreat pricing does not include airfare, transportation, lodging, or travel insurance. You are responsible for arranging your own transportation and any optional accommodations.
We strongly encourage all participants to consider purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected emergencies, trip interruption, or medical needs.
Your retreat payments and deposits are applied to secure event programming, venue commitments, food and beverage arrangements (including lunch), materials, and on-site retreat experiences. Because of these upfront commitments, your reservation is subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in the Retreat Payment and Cancellation Policy.
Your registration is intended for you. If you are unable to attend, transfer requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis (see Transfer Policy in the Retreat Payment and Cancellation Policy). All policies are in place to maintain clarity, fairness, and sustainability for the retreat experience.

Early Bird pricing is available from the time registration opens through July 1, 2026. After July 1, 2026, registration automatically moves to the Standard Rate.
What the Early Bird rate applies to
The Early Bird rate applies to all available payment options, including:

Payment Plan: At checkout you are able to take advantage of PayPal payments, Affirm or Klarna to set up easy payments.
If Early Bird is active, the discount is reflected automatically at checkout.
Important notes

Early Bird pricing is based on the date you register and complete checkout.

If you begin checkout before July 1 but do not complete registration until after July 1, the Standard Rate may apply.

Early Bird pricing does not change any cancellation or refund timelines.

Option 1: Pay in Full
How Pay in Full works

The full retreat price is due at the time of purchase.

You will receive confirmation of your registration upon successful payment.

Cancellation policy for Pay in Full

Cancel on or before June 15, 2026: Full refund

Cancel June 16 through July 15, 2026: 50 percent refund

Cancel after July 15, 2026: No refunds

Option 2: Pay Over Time (through third-party providers)
At checkout, you may have the option to select a pay-over-time provider such as Klarna, Afterpay/Clearpay, Affirm, Zip, or PayPal Pay Later (availability depends on the provider and purchaser eligibility).
Cancellation and refunds for Pay Over Time purchases
Your retreat registration remains subject to the same cancellation and refund timelines below. If you request a refund that is approved under this policy, we will process the refund through our payment processor. Once processed, your pay-over-time provider will adjust your payment schedule and issue any applicable refund according to their procedures. Refund timing and how it appears may vary by provider.
Refund timeline (applies to all registrations, including Pay Over Time):

Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost.

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

Transfers must be approved by the retreat team.

Transfers must be completed no later than July 15, 2026, so we can ensure accurate planning and participant communication.
